Ordering

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping in the United States and Canada takes 4-12 business days from the date your order ships. Most orders process within 1–2 business days. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order to addresses in the United States and Canada, with no minimum order value. Expedited and international rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email support@winslowlane.com right away with your order number and the corrected address.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries. Rates and transit times appear at checkout based on the destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original condition. If something arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return and send a replacement. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect a return, we approve and issue the refund within 7 business days.

Can I exchange for a different color or model?
Yes — the easiest way is to keep the eligible return and place a new order. Email us first; we'll set it up.

The Product

How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the model and the speed you run it at — typical runtimes range from 6 to 18+ hours per charge across the lineup. Each product page lists the runtime for that specific model.

How is it charged?
Every Winslow Lane fan charges over USB-C. A short cable is included in the box. You can plug it into any standard USB-C power source — laptop, wall adapter, power bank.

Is it bladeless? Is it safe around hair?
Yes. The airflow is generated by enclosed turbines pulling air through small vents, so there are no exposed blades to catch hair or fingers. It's safe to wear all day.

How loud is it?
On low speed it's quieter than a desk fan and won't interrupt a phone call or meeting. The highest speed is noticeably louder but still in the conversational-range. We publish dB ratings on each product page.

Is it waterproof?
Our fans are splash- and sweat-resistant for normal outdoor use. They are not designed to be submerged or worn in heavy rain.

Will it fit my neck?
The arms flex to fit a wide range of neck sizes. If it doesn't feel comfortable, that's exactly what the 30-day return window is for.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay Installments where available.

Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never see or store your full card number.
