Shipping policy
Below are the details of how we process and ship Winslow Lane orders. If anything here is unclear, email support@winslowlane.com and we will help.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). High-volume periods like new product launches and major sales can add 1–2 extra processing days; we will note any longer-than-normal delay on the Site.
Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Pacific. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are picked up the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
Once your order ships, the tracking number is emailed to you automatically. Typical transit times within the United States and Canada:
- Standard: 4-12 business days (1-2 business days handling + 3-10 business days transit)
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses can take longer. International shipping times depend on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on every order with no minimum to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your label is generated. Please allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear in the carrier's system. You can also track your order any time at our tracking page.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address while the order is still in our warehouse. Once the label is generated or the package is in transit we usually cannot change it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find the package, please wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with neighbors and your building. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and make it right. Packages damaged in transit are covered — send us a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses through USPS. Transit times can be longer than carrier averages.
