Payment Policy

We aim to keep checkout simple, transparent, and secure.

When You're Charged

Your card is authorised at checkout and captured when the order is confirmed. If an item cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the authorisation is released or refunded automatically.

Currency

All prices on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars(USD unless your storefront has been localised to a different currency. International customers will see the equivalent in their currency at checkout, and the final amount on your statement may vary slightly with exchange rates and any foreign-transaction fees charged by your card issuer.

Payment Security

Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments and partner processors over an encrypted (TLS) connection. We never see or store your full credit card number — those details go directly to the processor. Shopify Payments and our other processors are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails at checkout, please:

  1. Double-check the card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address.
  2. Try a different payment method.
  3. If it still won't go through, your bank may have flagged the transaction — calling the number on the back of your card usually resolves it in a minute.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued to the original payment method per our Return & Refund Policy. If you ever have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — almost everything is resolvable with a quick email. Initiating a chargeback before reaching out usually slows resolution significantly.
