The wrist brace you keep on is worth more than the one you take off at lunchtime. Most come off for the same reason: neoprene is warm, warm becomes damp, and damp becomes itchy.

This wrist brace is built the other way round. The shell is a soft open mesh, the binding is a spandex made from 73% recycled material, and the liner is spun from recycled plastic bottles — the green you can see at the openings. It is light, it breathes, and it stays wearable through a full day of carrying and lifting — which is the whole argument for a mesh wrist brace over a neoprene one.

The strap on this wrist brace is the other thing worth knowing. It runs through a loop and doubles back, so one pull with your free hand tightens the whole wrist brace. Tightening a two-tab wrist brace using the hand that is wearing it is a small daily indignity this design just removes.

Support is firm rather than rigid: the shell is fitted and holds the wrist close to a neutral position, but there is no removable metal splint here, so it will not lock the joint the way a splinted wrist brace does. If you want your wrist held still overnight, that is the other kind of brace.

The wrist brace is handed — left and right are different parts — and it comes in S/M for a 5" to 8" wrist and L/XL for 8" to 10", measured straight around with the wrist held flat.

  • Measure Straight Around The Wrist

These are this brace’s own published measurements, not a generic guide. Keep the wrist straight and measure the circumference directly around it, over the wrist bones. The two ranges meet at 8" — on that number, take L/XL if you want room over the forearm.

  • S/M – wrist 5"–8" (12.7–20.3 cm)
  • L/XL – wrist 8"–10" (20.3–25.4 cm)

Then pick your hand. Left and right are mirror-image parts, so choose the side you actually want to wear it on — the other one will not lie flat.

WHAT IT IS MADE OF

Mesh, Spandex, And A Green Liner

The shell is an open mesh, the binding is a spandex made from 73% recycled material, and the liner — the green you can see at the openings — is spun from recycled plastic bottles. It is a real spec, not a sticker on the box.

ONE-HANDED

You Can Tighten It With The Braced Hand Busy

The strap runs through a loop and folds back on itself, so a single pull with your free hand takes up the slack. If you have ever tried to tighten a two-tab wrist brace on the hand that is already wearing it, you know why this matters.

BREATHABLE

Made To Be Worn All Day

Neoprene is warm, and warm becomes damp somewhere around hour three. This shell is a soft open mesh instead, so it stays dry enough to keep on through a full day of carrying, lifting and putting things down again.

TWO SIZES

Measure Straight Around The Wrist

Keep the wrist straight and run the tape directly around it, over the bones. S/M covers 5" to 8" and L/XL covers 8" to 10". They meet at 8"; take the larger one if you want more room over the forearm.

Frequently asked
questions.

The questions people actually ask before buying one.

The one you are going to wear it on. Left and right are shaped differently around the thumb, so the wrong side will not sit flat. Pick Right or Left at the top of the page.

Hold your wrist straight and measure the circumference directly around it, over the bones. S/M fits 5" to 8" (12.7–20.3 cm) and L/XL fits 8" to 10" (20.3–25.4 cm). They meet at 8" — take L/XL there for a little more room.

The inner liner, spun from recycled plastics. The spandex binding is 73% recycled material too. You see the green at the openings and along the inside edge.

The strap runs through a loop and folds back on itself, so a single pull with your free hand takes up the slack across the whole wrist brace. No second tab to find, no reaching across.

No. This is a fitted, firm wrist brace rather than a rigid one — it holds the wrist close to neutral but does not lock it. For a wrist held at a fixed angle overnight you want a splinted brace.

That is what the mesh is for. It is light and open enough to keep on through a full shift, and the palm and fingers stay completely free.

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and air dry flat. Fasten the strap down first so the hook does not catch on the mesh.

Free U.S. shipping and a 30-day return window, so you can measure, wear it for a few nights and send it back if the fit is wrong.
